The Opportunity
Adobe's mission is to provide 'Creativity for All,' and no product is more central to this mission than Adobe Express. It is an all-in-one design, video, photo, and PDF app that empowers everyday users to create. We seek a Senior Director of Growth to bring Product-Led Growth (PLG) expertise and a curiosity to uncover insights to help users achieve creative success. You will lead across multiple geographies with a bold experimentation roadmap and ensure the execution of Adobe's Express' growth strategy via PLG metrics across user onboarding, ongoing engagement and retention, and monetization.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $179,100 -- $382,000 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.

- Be a leading voice for PLG and the broader Adobe Express product leadership and cross-functional Product Growth teams, including Design, Research, Engineering, and Data Science.
- Growth Leadership - Lead and mentor a distributed team of Growth Product Managers to drive excellence in embracing PLG methodologies and execution, and partner with your fellow core/platform product leaders.
- E2E Growth Metrics - Across acquisition, engagement, and monetization that ultimately drive the continued momentum of Adobe Express as Adobe's next significant business.
- A Product Growth Mindset - Continue efforts to perfect our Product Growth muscle, instilling a sense of curiosity, the strength to challenge internally held mental models and frameworks, and an experimentation mentality that celebrates test failures and test wins in the spirit of learning.
- 12+ years leading large teams in B2C and B2B product management and product growth & marketing on web and mobile apps.
- PLG expertise to deliver strong product and business outcomes, with dynamically larger scope in scale and team development.
- A deep understanding of sophisticated growth strategies and implementation with product adoption.
- Navigate within a highly matrixed organization, working through and across multiple teams, functions, and structures.
- Exceptional executive presence to influence others, from senior executives/C-staff to individual Growth practitioners.
