Job DescriptionEVRERSANA is currently looking for a mid to senior level Solutions Architect to join our Solution Architecture team and participate as part of our overall enterprise architecture practice. In this role, you will be focusing on building a wide variety of solutions that meet the business needs, are scalable, secure, and highly efficient. A focus on automation, low-code, declarative development, artificial intelligence and business analytics will be included. You will be joining a fast paced, supportive, growing, collaborative, and balanced team. You will be transparently communicating to all levels of the organization as well as to clients and partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our people leaders are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
Architect and Design technical end-to-end solutions across a broad range of legacy and modern technologies based on the business needs
Develop architecture standards, templates, and principles
Map Solution Design to Enterprise Architecture standards and reference architectures
Collaborate with all necessary Business and IT roles to gather needed input to derive and document an agreed upon solution
Maintain a repository of product and client custom designs that is linked to associated requirement process flows and user stories
Execute Enterprise Architecture activities such as classifying assets, exercising vendor/software selection processes, gathering input for EA Review Board, developing standard organizational processes and best practices, and creating roadmaps
Develop high level and detailed level designs for EVERSANA product and EVERSANA client solutions across business, application, data and technical architecture
Ensure build and delivery is not started until design reviews are completed and be available to ensure full alignment between build and design
Estimate project delivery hours and timelines based on designs produced
Be able to work independently on a project but also collaborate with other solution architects and stakeholders to exchange information and expand overall knowledge in the practice
Manage time expeditiously in a fast paced, growing, and continuously changing environment. Be able to focus on delivery regardless of environmental distractions

QualificationsMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.
BS in Computer Science, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field
Strong prior IT background as a developer, technical analyst and or administrator
5+ years software architecture experience
Experiencing designing APIs and Databases
Strong understanding of agile and waterfall project delivery methods
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Mulesoft/Integration Architecture experience strongly preferred
Health care (provider, pharmaceutical, and/or health plan) experience strongly preferred
Basic understanding of TOGAF
Senior architecture experience
Business architecture experience
Cloud solutions experience

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $169,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
