*Hybrid role, 2 weeks a month in either Merrimack, NH or Boston, MA. Hybrid is a must*
We are currently sourcing for a Senior/Principal Oracle Data Engineer. Looking for a highly motivated individual to join one of our client's agile development squads to provide Data engineering excellence to a suite of corporate actions applications. The core responsibilities for the role involve building and maintaining data pipelines. Looking for deep experience in PL/SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning), ETL/Informatica, and Python. The client is modernizing legacy systems and moving them to the cloud (AWS), so experience with AWS and Oracle on RDS is very helpful.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $65 - $75 / hr. w2
Experience Requirements:
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.

Experience Requirements:
- MUST HAVE: 10+ years of Oracle PL/SQL (stored procs, tune SQL), ETL (Informatica Power Center), python. Going to be going Snowflake in 9 months or so.
- Bachelor's or Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent is required.
- 10+ years of experience in the domain of data engineering
- Deep expertise in Oracle PL/SQL (complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning, and materialized views)
- Recent experience using ETL tools (Informatica preferred)
- Demonstrable experience testing PL/SQL stored procedures, ETL jobs, and other data transformations.
- Experience writing database change management (CI/CD) using Liquibase or similar tools.
- Experience using Python as part of ETL or data analysis is very helpful
- Experience with Agile software development processes and practices like code review, automated testing, and CI/CD
- Experience mentoring and educating others on data engineering in both 1-on-1 and group settings
