Gratiture Solution is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic Client team and drive their technology strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions, with a strong focus on retail or eCommerce systems.

Responsibilities

  • Align IT strategies with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Architect and oversee the development of technical solutions, from backend systems to frontend user interfaces.
  • Leverage deep understanding of retail business processes and eCommerce systems to inform architectural decisions.
  • Utilize design patterns like MACH and SOLID to create scalable, maintainable, and efficient architectures.
  • Critically evaluate assumptions and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Serve as a thought leader and mentor to technical teams, guiding their work and ensuring alignment with the enterprise architecture.
  • Effectively communicate with business leaders, IT teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and drive solutions.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and industry best practices to inform architectural decisions.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of backend and frontend technologies, including [list of relevant technologies].
  • Proven experience working with retail eCommerce systems and a deep understanding of retail business processes.
  • Proficiency in applying various design patterns to create scalable and efficient architectures.
  • Familiarity with architectural frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC): While not mandatory, experience with SFCC is a plus.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) or TOGAF.
