Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain an Issue Delivery Life Cycle Framework to govern consistent Issue management.
  • Establish and run various governance and reporting Forums.
  • Establish and maintain IMO Structure and escalation paths.
  • Establish a communication structure and provide effective communication at various levels within & across the organization.
  • Establish processes for tracking Issues delivery progress.
  • Provide clear understanding and transparency of the state of the Issues.
  • Developing processes and standard operating procedures to standardize Issue. Management remediation project management.
  • Automate processes to reduce time for Issue remediation activity reviews and approvals.
  • Leading executive reporting while developing, updating, and maintaining reports to provide visibility on the state of the Issues for all Issues Management Office Forums.
  • Driving data integrity through continuous and repeatable quality assurance activities, while working hand-in-hand with Project Managers and Leads for updates and corrections.
  • Serving as the IMO tooling and reporting processes subject matter expert, collaborating with the tooling development team to implement requested reporting enhancements.
  • Analyzing and measuring the effectiveness of existing program management and reporting processes to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Development and end-to-end ownership of Issues Management reporting training.
  • Serving as a liaison to various business divisions to support EO+T Issues Management reporting goals.
  • Facilitating interactions with senior personnel on complex matters frequently requiring coordination, and facilitating forums as needed.
  • Collaborate in the development of innovative, practicable, and comprehensive solutions to challenges that arise in the IMO Governance efforts.
  • Partnering with the Issue Delivery Management team improve the processes supporting Issue delivery.
  • Attention to detail with a drive for execution and change.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Skills-Jira, PowerBI, Planview.
  • A minimum of 5+ years experience with reporting (creation, analytics, and quality assurance).
  • A minimum of 5+ years experience with process development and training.
  • Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships and influence at all levels of the Enterprise.
  • Experience with C-suite communications, storyboarding and ability to create and speak to PowerPoint materials for an executive audience.
  • Ability to handle several priorities and work within tight timeframes, shifting direction as needed.
  • Financial services / mortgage industry experience (Preferred).
  • Experience using Microsoft Office/O365 required.
  • Experience with Jira, Planview, PowerBI or Tableau is strongly preferred.
  • Certification in a process improvement methodology with business process mapping experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of technology program and portfolio management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Risk Management and Issues Management Standard preferred.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
