About the job
Join a dynamic team at the forefront of decentralized finance innovation. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the development of Angstrom, a groundbreaking decentralized trading system. You'll work closely with the Head of Engineering, orchestrating the smooth execution and timely delivery of protocols and systems that address key challenges in on-chain liquidity markets. This is an exciting full-time, in-office position based in SoHo, Manhattan, where youll be part of a team solving some of the hardest problems in decentralized finance.

What you'll be doing:
- Lead product management for the development of Angstrorem, a first-of-its-kind decentralized trading system.
- Collaborate with the Head of Engineering to ensure the seamless execution and timely delivery of protocols.
- Oversee product development processes, manage timelines, and coordinate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive the development of solutions addressing loss-vs-rebalancing (LVR) for liquidity providers and optimizing execution for swappers.
- Utilize project management tools like JIRA and GitHub to manage workflows.
- Ensure product alignment with the broader organizational goals in blockchain and decentralized finance.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in product management, preferably within software development or blockchain/DeFi.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and GitHub.
- Experience in crypto-related projects, with an understanding of engineering requirements (e.g., Rust and Reth).
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
