Digital Product Owner/Manager
Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote
Contract to Hire: 3 months

Job Summary: Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Product Owner/Manager to support our Experience/Operations team by coordinating and facilitating communications regarding roadmap items, supporting metrics, and reporting on the impact of our roadmap, ensuring ongoing development timelines are understood and achieved, and executing ad hoc research requests. The ideal candidate will ensure that business requirements align with our roadmap strategy and help drive the successful execution of our projects. This role requires familiarity with agile development processes and knowledge of Conversational IVR and AI capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in business, Operations, Project Management, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office apps, Visio, Lucid, Tableau.
- Knowledge of Conversational IVR and AI capabilities and related call handling strategies.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with product roadmap planning and strategy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Lucid, Microstrategy, Confluence/Chalk.
- Experience with back-end system integration and APIs.
