Title: Account Director - Semiconductor Accounts
Location: Redmond, WA (Open for Remote and Hybrid)
Duration: Full Time
Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Account Director to target and manage accounts with any of the leading semiconductor companies, including Intel, TSMC, Samsung, Micron, GlobalFoundries, Microchip Technology, BAE Systems, Polar Semiconductor, and Absolics The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with any of these companies to drive new consulting opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive direct sales and manage business development for Staffing, and Hardware solutions specifically for semiconductor accounts.
- Generate new leads and develop direct client relationships within the semiconductor ecosystem.
- Design and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market share goals.
- Engage with C-level, VP, and Director-level contacts within the semiconductor companies and related accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company profitability goals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from demand generation to closing and support.
Required Skills & Preferred Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of B2B sales experience, with a strong focus on accounts with any of the leading semiconductor companies, including Intel, TSMC, Samsung, Micron, GlobalFoundries, Microchip Technology, BAE Systems, Polar Semiconductor, or Absolics.
- Master s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong technical knowledge of Semiconductor industries.
- Consulting experience, with a focus on sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and results driven.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work effectively with executives and stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to handle ambiguity and ability to work in a fast, start-up experience
- Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
- Experience in influencing senior leadership, business, and technical stakeholders while driving enterprise-scale portfolios or programs in large organizations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $159,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $200,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills. We also provide health-care benefits and an attractive sales incentive plan for this role.
