Your Job

We are currently seeking a Senior Associate Brand Manager/ Brand Manager to join the Quilted Northern® team with primary responsibilities for the ARIA® business in Atlanta, GA. This role reports to the Brand Director, who is responsible for driving the vision and strategies of the premium bath tissue business. This role will have P&L responsibility for the ARIA® business and will be responsible for building and executing holistic go-to-market strategy for our 100% recycled bath tissue brand. The responsibilities will span innovation, brand building and commercial activities. The candidate will use their leadership capabilities to collaborate, challenge, seek and share knowledge working with multiple capabilities and stakeholders - including business operations, research & development, manufacturing, finance and marketing.

A successful candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for the consumer; someone who can understand the business' objectives and is able to lead cross functional teams to execute against them to drive results.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the cross functional team supporting the ARIA® business to deliver against business objectives
  • Develop and execute multi-year commercial plans to expand ARIA® presence in the market
  • Monitor and report on business performance and provide input to S&OP process
  • Collaborate with different capabilities to understand economics and tradeoffs to profitably deliver on our consumers' needs
  • Develop strong understanding of the target consumer and her needs
  • Lead short & long-term innovation for the brand as well as ensure consistent quality and consumer experience are delivered to our consumers.
  • Engage with capability teams and operations across the product system to drive product quality, productivity, and eliminate waste.
  • Manage all day-to-day marketing, shopper, consumer promotions and media support activities, including forecasting, invoice management and tracking.
  • Write briefs and manage content creation for shopper marketing, digital media, ecommerce and more, primarily working with the internal agency
  • Analyze marketing metrics, point of sale and other data to optimize plans and make recommendations


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-5 years of business or marketing experience
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Prior experience in CPG or retail
  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • Experience with writing briefs and managing content development
