Job Details
There's currently a full-time Help Desk Analyst opportunity available with one of our clients in Bloomington, MN. Looking for someone with previous Managed Services Provider (MSP) experience, but open to all experiences. IT Support for Healthcare end users/clients would be a plus.
Description
- 1+ Years of Help Desk Experience (coming from an MSP Environment is preferred)
- Experience documenting in a ticketing system.
- IT Support within Healthcare is a plus.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Responsibilities Include:
Desktop & Printer support
Workstation application support
Server application support
Line of business application support
Contacting Vendor/manufacturer on behalf of clients
Company cloud management
Creating and managing exchange and 0365 emails
Creating and managing user accounts
New PC and workstation setups
Assist with Managing 0365 licensing
Troubleshooting network connectivity and network devices
Troubleshooting specialty equipment/devices including IO cameras/sensors/ect
Assist with receiving shipments, updating sales order statuses, and scheduling as needed.
Assist with onsite support as needed
Participate in weekly company meetings and other meetings as necessary to the Help Desk department
Documentation using company software
In Addition, the following skills and abilities are required:
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to communicate effectively over phone and email
Ability to juggle multiple tasks to achieve goals/projects
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must be well organized and have great problem-solving skills
Ability to gather, document and evaluate information that will lead to outstanding solutions
Nice to Have:
1+ years in IT support or related field
Experience with ConnectWise Software
An understanding of Microsoft operating system and software
Experience working within the medical space and understanding of HIPAA
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00
