PETADATA is seeking an experienced MFT Specialist to join our team. As an MFT Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Managed File Transfer solutions.

Summary:

We are looking for a skilled MFT Specialist with expertise in MFT tools, secure file transfer protocols, and integration with business applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with automation tools, data formats, and encryption technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Configure and administer MFT solutions (IBM Sterling, Axway, etc.)

  • Integrate MFT systems with ERP, CRM, and database systems

  • Automate file transfers using PowerShell, Python, or Bash scripting

  • Ensure secure file transfers using SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, AS3, and PGP encryption

  • Monitor and troubleshoot file transfers

  • Implement backup and disaster recovery procedures

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX)

Required Skills:

  • MFT tools (IBM Sterling, Axway)

  • Secure file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, AS2, AS3)

  • Automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Bash)

  • Data formats (XML, JSON, EDI, CSV)

  • Networking knowledge (firewall rules, VPNs, network configurations)

  • Encryption and Security (PGP, SSL/TLS certificates)

  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Work Authorization:

- Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have an unrestricted Canadian work permit.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
