Job Title: ServiceNow Test Manager

Locations: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid)

Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise testing strategy for ServiceNow implementation.
  • Develop test plans, coordinate testing across sprints and modules.
  • Define what to test, how to test, success criteria, and retesting triggers.
  • Work closely with the PM and OCM to ensure quality assurance.
  • Requirements:
  • Must have experience with ServiceNow testing (tools like ATF).
  • No specific tools mandated beyond ServiceNow and Excel.
  • Need to be proactive and bring testing expertise, as RapidScale lacks internal testing infrastructure.
  • Strong soft skills and ability to lead testing efforts cross-functionally.
