Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Consultant specializing in SAP Manufacturing Process Integration (SAP MFG-PI) to join our team in Vernon Hills, IL. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MFG-PI implementations, integrations, and optimizations within manufacturing environments. This is an onsite role, requiring deep expertise in SAP solutions for manufacturing processes and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support SAP MFG-PI (Manufacturing Process Integration) implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Analyze business requirements and design end-to-end SAP solutions for manufacturing processes.
Configure and customize SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration) to integrate manufacturing systems with SAP ERP.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, process owners, and IT teams to ensure seamless SAP integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP MFG modules, PI interfaces, and data flows.
Provide expertise in SAP PP-PI (Production Planning Process Industries), QM (Quality Management), and MM (Materials Management).
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specs, test scripts, and training materials.
Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer for end-users and IT teams.
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and SAP standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MFG-PI (Manufacturing Process Integration).
Strong expertise in SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration) and SAP ERP integrations.
In-depth knowledge of SAP PP-PI, QM, MM, and related manufacturing modules.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
Proficiency in IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and EDI integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Ability to work onsite in Vernon Hills, IL.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

SAP certifications in MFG, PI/PO, or S/4HANA.
Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) integration.
Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
