Description:
This person will be supporting the operations team - on site Monday - Friday 8 - 5 EST. The day to day includes installing and repairing printers, laptops, PCs, etc. Deployment of their HP devices and support. This person will do day to day support escalated from the helpdesk as well as working on projects. The projects can be network and server related, but this person isn't expected to have that experience coming in. They are looking for someone strong in IT support to come in and help with the IT upkeep on the campus.
