Job Details
- We are looking for someone with Product Organization experience and Training experience. We need someone with strong PM experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience, in lieu of degree. Advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in training program management, instructional design, or corporate learning and development roles.
- Lead the training effort to manage the project and training for Product and AI learning initiatives.
- Product Organization Experience; AI Experience; Instructional Design; Project Management.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale training initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, training delivery and the use of training technologies.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., ATD, CPTD) is a plus.
- Product Organization knowledge preferred.
- AI knowledge and experience preferred.
