Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for an Oracle Identity & Access Management (IAM) Administrator in New York, NY.

Description:
An Oracle Identity & Access Management (IAM) Administrator is responsible for managing and securing access to an organization's cloud resources. They also monitor and respond to security incidents, manage multi-factor authentication (MFA) settings, and collaborate with other IT teams to integrate IAM solutions with various applications and systems.
? Manage and administer Oracle Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
? Oversee identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
? Lead IAM integration efforts with PeopleSoft, Workday, OUD, AD, and M365.
? Implement IAM audit controls, compliance monitoring, and security incident response.
? Optimize IAM infrastructure performance and support Workday migration efforts.

Mandatory Qualification:
? Specializes in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems. Assesses the suitability of information systems in terms of their intended outcomes and liaises with end users, software vendors and programmers in order to achieve these outcomes. Uses analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology. Serves as change agent, who identifies the organizational improvements needed, designs systems to implement those changes and trains and motivates others to use the systems.
? Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.

? 84 months of experience managing and administering Oracle Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions.
? 84 months of experience overseeing identity provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
? 84 months of experience leading IAM integration efforts with PeopleSoft, Workday, OUD, AD, and M365.
? 84 months of experience implementing IAM audit controls, compliance monitoring, and security incident response.
? 84 months of experience providing training and documentation on IAM policies, structure, and configurations.
? 84 months of experience optimizing IAM infrastructure performance and support Workday migration efforts.
? 84 months of experience working collaboratively with various teams to ensure comprehensive identity management practices.
? Oracle Identity Manager: Administration and Implementation certification
? Bachelor's degree.
