Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Project Manager in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Spring, TX.

Responsibilities:
* Build and execute Claims Testing (Agreements, SOW, Third Party, Legal)
* Manage Ad-Hoc meetings between GBU, Legal, NPI, and Marketing to coordinate end-user claims usage
* Coordinate testing plan and demos with TDC, define testing metrics and success criteria
* Compile test results and summarize into understandable reports and executive summaries (new)
* Integrate final ISV test results, claims, and demos into the product narrative with NPI and Marketing
* Partner with AI Experiences in selection of most compelling ISV features and demos for launch
* Actively participate in meetings and provide Product Management input on ISV Strategy, Partner Strategy, Testing, etc

Early Eval Program:
* Program Management - Coordination between Category, Systems Management, Engineering, etc.
* Selecting configurations and ordering units
* Ensuring budget allocation for program
* Help identify 100 corporate customers with Category team + 4P
* Coordinating BIOS, image unit updates and re-packaging
* Customer shipment coordination, including tracking shipment and receipt to and from customers
* Create product questionnaire (experiences, hardware, AI applications, etc.)
* Create confidentiality agreements in partnership with HP legal
* Questionnaire completeness, reporting and survey consolidation
* Transmitting customer feedback to other GBU organizations (Planning, Experiences, Security, Software, etc.)
* Customer support, including answering customer questions

ISV Product Management Execution:
* Product and engineering support
* Selecting products to compare for claims
* Securing units for testing

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in the duties listed to qualify for this role
* Any education or related certifications are a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
