Responsibilities

This individual will be responsible for performing consultations related to migration from legacy/local voice systems to our shared, centralized VoIP platform, known as "UniteNY." The platform is administered via a VOSS-4-UC product, so these individuals will be responsible with performing an assessment of what the legacy/local systems provide and then coordinating the configuration, installation, and migration to our UniteNY VoIP platform using bulk/batch update files within the VOSS-4-UC product, along with a few other items. The work will also include meeting with the clients to discuss the existing configurations, coordinating with the vendor to migrate TN's from their existing services, and any other work related to ensuring a successful transition.

Skills Needed

48 Months of Experience in Unified Communications /VOIP

48 Months of Experience in Excel

6 Months of Experience in Voss/CUCDM

12 Months of Experience in software/hardware deployments

6 Months of Experience in Service Now

6 Months of Experience in Legacy Telco; POTS,CTX,PRI etc.
