Role Responsibilities:
  • Establish the automation capability in HR
  • Collaborate with HR to advance a feasible pipeline of automation opportunities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain SS&C Blue Prism workflows and automations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other developers to identify and address automation requirements and issues.
  • Create technical design documents and test plans.
  • Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues with SS&C Blue Prism workflows and automations.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation.
  • Provide support for production deployments and ongoing maintenance.
  • Submitting improvements and participating with other users in the Blue Prism community to increase knowledge and expertise.
  • Acting as the first point of call for business process owners, providing updates on process performance, discussing any changes to the processes, and handling live issues as they arise.
  • Communicate clearly with business users on operations and Blue Prism on software related issues.
  • Perform the post implementation review for production releases


Role Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience developing Blue Prism solutions.
  • Experience with Blue Prism version 6.0 or higher.
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET development.
  • Strong understanding of Blue Prism architecture and design patterns.
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
