Job Title: Airtable and Project Management Development Job ID: 25-06230 Location: WA-Bellevue Building 14 Office Duration: 3-6 month on W2 contract

  • Location: Bellevue WA or Overland Park. Need to be in one of these locations to come into meetings as necessary
  • 3-6 month contract, 30-40 hours a week to start and will slowly wind down to 20-30 per week. Starting with 3 months and then will extend.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional for a temporary contract position to assist in the design and development of Airtable interfaces and project management tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Airtable interface design and project management methodologies, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient workflows.
Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize Airtable interfaces to support project management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs and translate them into functional Airtable solutions.
  • Create customized workflows, dashboards, and reports using Airtable's features.
  • Provide recommendations and best practices for streamlining project management processes using Airtable.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Airtable configurations and usability.
  • Document configurations, processes, and training materials for end-users as needed.
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Airtable interface design and development.
  • Strong project management expertise, with the ability to manage workflows and deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results within tight timelines.

The hourly rate for this position is $65.00 per hour.
