Job Description: Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect end-to-end solutions for retirement services platform implementation and migration projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring technical solutions align with strategic objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive technical architecture, including system integration, data migration, and platform customization.
  • Oversee the design of data models, workflows, and application interfaces to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Provide technical leadership to implementation teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges during platform migration and integration.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards in all technical solutions.
  • Present technical architecture and solutions to client stakeholders and internal leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience as a solutions architect in retirement services, annuities, or group benefits.
  • Proven expertise in platform implementation, migration, and system integration.
  • Strong understanding of retirement services platforms and industry regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
