Job Description: Solutions Architect
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions for retirement services platform implementation and migration projects.
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring technical solutions align with strategic objectives.
- Develop comprehensive technical architecture, including system integration, data migration, and platform customization.
- Oversee the design of data models, workflows, and application interfaces to ensure seamless functionality.
- Provide technical leadership to implementation teams, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges during platform migration and integration.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards in all technical solutions.
- Present technical architecture and solutions to client stakeholders and internal leadership.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as a solutions architect in retirement services, annuities, or group benefits.
- Proven expertise in platform implementation, migration, and system integration.
- Strong understanding of retirement services platforms and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
