Job Details
Unboxing, installing, and physically setting up the new PCs.
- Installing standard software and configuring necessary settings.
- Creating user accounts and profiles for new users.
- Ensuring the PCs are functioning correctly and connected to the network.
- Applying asset tags and updating asset records.
- Kitting, packaging, and labelling devices for shipment.
- Accurate identification and diagnosis of network problems.
- Effective troubleshooting and resolution of network issues.
- Documentation of all issues and resolutions.
- Preparation of new PCs for deployment, including installation of software and configuration.
- On-site installation of new PCs.
- Configuration of PC settings and connections.
- Testing the functionality of new PCs and their integration with the network.
- Accurate records of time spent on-site.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service.
