RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking an experienced Salesforce Mid-Level Developer to join their team.
Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and customizing Salesforce solutions to meet our business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze existing systems, and implement efficient solutions using Salesforce technologies.
Responsibilities:
* Design and develop custom Salesforce applications, including Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and Flows
* Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
* Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce configurations and customizations
* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce implementations
* Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development
* Proven expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce declarative tools
* Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and integration concepts
* Experience with Salesforce development frameworks and tools (e.g., Git, DevOps tools)
* Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development best practices
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II)
* Experience with Salesforce Integration solutions (e.g., API, Middleware)
* Experience with Salesforce cloud deployment models (e.g., CPQ, FSL)
* Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, LWC)
* Familiarity with Salesforce mobile development
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
