Primary Responsibilities
In the role of One Water Treatment Lead, we'll count on you to:
- Manage drinking water treatment and advanced water treatment projects as a Seller/Doer
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing HDR share of water treatment market in Southern California and across the U.S.
- Identify project opportunities and help lead client development
- Lead the pursuit of key projects and assist with others
- Lead the preparation of proposals and interview preparation
- Provide technical guidance to others in HDR regarding water treatment
- As professional engineer of record, oversee the preparation of plans, specs, and reports
- Conduct quality control reviews of other projects
- Perform other duties as needed #LI-JF1

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- P.E. required
- Minimum of 15 years experience in water treatment design, with emphasis on advanced water treatment facilities
- Microsoft Office experience
- Proven team leadership experience
- Proven industry leadership recognition
Preferred Qualifications
- Active membership in AWWA committees
