RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Tier I Helpdesk in Tampa, FL.

We are seeking a remote tier one helpdesk associate to join our team:
* Provide Level 1 support for hardware and software issues
* Troubleshoot Windows 11, Office Suite, Teams, Outlook/Exchange, network issues, printers, and browsers
* Support remote access issues using Dameware
* Assist with multifactor authentication and other technical support tasks
* Handle phone, email, and Teams support requests while multitasking
* Collaborate with a highly communicative, remote team

REQUIREMENTS:
* 2+ years of helpdesk support experience preferred
* Experience with Windows 11, Office Suite, Teams, Outlook/Exchange
* Familiarity with network troubleshooting, remote access, Dameware, and multifactor authentication
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Certifications (e.g., Networking, Security) are a bonus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
