Job Description
- Need 12+ years of IT experience.
- Technically strong to be able to troubleshoot & debug Salesforce issues reported in production.
- Need salesforce certifications.
- Respond to the client issues / queries (on teams and/or emails), get additional information about reported issues and from the reporting users, as needed, communicate the resolution of issues, etc.
- Closely coordinate/communicate with offshore team.
- 4-6 years of pure SF admin experience, and 2-3 years of Salesforce developer experience.
