Support Specialist
Pharmaceutical
$22.00 per hour
Contract Through May 2025
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Remote
What you ll be doing:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support
  • Address billing inquiries, service requests, and process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Identify upselling opportunities to increase revenue from customer relationships
  • Manage PSAO solution enrollment, acting as a back-office resource for pharmacy customers
  • Stay up-to-date with PSAO member requirements and industry changes
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver seamless service
  • Use customer feedback for continuous improvement and personal development
  • Apply knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve technical challenges
  • Manage projects of moderate complexity with sound reasoning and accuracy
  • Work independently with general guidance, receiving detailed instruction on new initiatives as needed
Who we re looking for:
  • Bachelor s degree
  • 2-4 years experience
  • Managed Care knowledge preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excel user knowledge
