About the Role

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst IV to lead application systems analysis and programming activities. This role involves conducting feasibility studies, estimating time and costs, and implementing new or revised application systems and programs. The successful candidate will also oversee the organization's design, maintenance, and application initiatives to address the specific business needs of user areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct application systems analysis and programming activities to support organizational objectives.
• Lead feasibility studies and provide accurate time and cost estimates for projects.
• Design, implement, and maintain new or revised applications, systems, and programs.
• Collaborate with user areas to understand and address specific business needs.
• Provide overall direction for the organization's application and technology initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication abilities to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Technical Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of PC usage and related software packages.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
  • Extensive knowledge of specific applications and technologies, including:
    • PeopleSoft Financials
    • PeopleSoft HRMS
    • Financial Hub Accounting
    • Siebel
    • Hyperion and Essbase
• Experience:
  • 10+ years of software development experience with projects of similar scope and complexity.

• Demonstrated success in partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet organizational goals.
