What You Will Do :
Senior Consultants have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. You will own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. Senior Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. You will lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables.

The annual salary range for this position is $94,900.00-$142,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

What You Will Need :
- Bachelor Degree from an accredited university
- 3+ years of core Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience (anywhere from front-end to middle to back-end focused: revenue integrity, charge capture, billing, A/R, denials management, etc.)
- 3+ years' financial analysis experience in a health-related organization
- Technical EMR expertise of the revenue cycle management modules (Epic certification[s] highly desired)
- Track record of driving operational process improvement for revenue cycle optimization projects within hospitals and/or health systems
- Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills using Excel
- Willingness to travel to client sites across the United States up to 75%

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or Clinical Administration
- 3+ years of healthcare management consulting and/or professional services experience highly preferred
