We're looking for a proactive and organized Website Manager to take ownership of our client's digital platforms and ensure a seamless and optimized experience for users across multiple websites. This position requires a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution, working closely with stakeholders in Marketing, IT, and Development to prioritize and deliver on digital initiatives.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and will have experience managing enterprise CMS systems, leading agile processes, and translating business needs into technical solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sprint planning and manage delivery timelines for web enhancements and new features.

  • Translate marketing and business goals into detailed user stories and requirements for developers.

  • Conduct quality assurance and user acceptance testing prior to deployment.

  • Lead SEO optimization efforts and drive improvements to organic web performance.

  • Monitor site health, oversee service tickets, and proactively address issues before they impact users.

  • Develop a release roadmap and prioritize features based on business impact and readiness.

  • Leverage analytics (preferably GA4) to guide decisions around content, functionality, and user experience.

  • Support the implementation of tools like chatbots, multi-language support, and personalization modules.


Skills & Experience

  • 5 8 years of experience in website operations, product management, or digital project leadership.

  • Familiarity with enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred).

  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices, content workflows, and front-end QA.

  • Proficient in using Google Analytics 4 to drive strategic decisions.

  • Solid grasp of Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional team collaboration.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical teams and business users.

  • Experience deploying features from development through staging to live environments.


Nice to Have

  • Exposure to chatbot tools, user feedback systems, and content translation workflows.

  • Experience managing website integrations with marketing automation or CRM platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree required; a Master s or MBA is a plus.
