The North America Go-To-Market Capabilities Omnichannel team (NA GTMC OC) will support Sanofi's North American brand marketing teams to execute meaningful, customer centric, agile marketing across all of Sanofi's channels. The team includes end-to-end campaign management capabilities, channel experts, day-to-day operations leads, and a transformation function responsible for the organization and delivery of continuous improvement to marketing operations processes.

The NA Omnichannel General Medicines Web Lead role is responsible for the overall management and run services of our 50+ websites and the managed service partners and internal partners supporting these sites. The candidate will also serve as the digital supervisor and liaise with the global digital team and local brand business owners to ensure we operate within the approved framework and ensure all Digital Properties within US Specialty Care are compliant and remain compliant throughout the lifecycle of the property.

- Clarify accountabilities for day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long term improvement efforts
- Realize efficiencies and economies of scale across the North America and Global marketing organizations

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of website development and the teams supporting them.
- Frequently audit and optimize SEO and digital marketing performance.
- Be the integral connection point between Specialty Care brand teams on all aspects of marketing through the web channel, and collaborate with other Web Leads for the other Business Units (BUs)
- Establish strong partnerships to influence digital design systems and standards, capability component enhancements, UX, SEO, and platforms.
- Lead digital initiatives and maintain strong knowledge of emerging external trends in digital solutions
- Advise and advocate for appropriate use of digital capabilities and best practices for the benefit of business stakeholders
- Exhibits strong overall understanding of the digital space, social trends, marketing and the regulatory and legal aspects of digital engagement
- Collaborate with the Digital IT functions to ensure appropriate system architecture and standards are adhered to.
- Serve as the local Digital Supervisor supporting all audits and ensuring the sites are following the global standards and process flows.
- Balance a large number of projects of varying degrees of complexity, adjust project schedules when necessary, and meet deadlines and budget restrictions despite changes.
- Support the onboarding and upskilling of North America and offshore colleagues
- Collaborate with Global, Brand, Digital, and other counterparts as necessary to deliver on responsibilities
- Collaborate proactively with GTMC OC and other colleagues on improvements to day-to-day marketing operations processes
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and upskilling programs
- Support the delivery of key transformation programs
- Drive excellent working relationships with agency and vendor partners
- Drive cultural change through the championing of an agile, customer-oriented mindset
About You
Skills:
- Strong project manager that thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects
- Deep understanding of current and emerging digital technologies, strategic direction and technology trends in the life sciences industry
- Knowledge of Magnolia and/or other CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence, or other ticketing and tracking systems
- Solid understanding of the digital landscape, website strategy, SEO, SEM, Email, Social, digital design, Analytics &Tagging.
- Excellent influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with key business partners, IT leadership teams, and external service providers.
- Ability to lead without reporting authority and to achieve outcomes in a matrix, complex environment - leading through influence and deep collaboration across the franchise and enterprise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technology concepts to facilitate discussion and deeper level of understanding across business functions.
- Strong relationships with approved vendors and with software supplier of digital services to ensure effective delivery of digital solutions.
Work Experience:
- Prior experience in managing digital operations in a regulated environment.
- 3+ years web development experience (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
- 3+ years web technologies and CMS's (Magnolia, AWS)
- Experience working in Agile teams.
- Experience in working in a regulated industry, pharmaceutical industry preferred.
- Experience managing external vendors.
- Experience in the strategy with portal sites for multiple brands
