Compute Hardware Engineer

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Compute Hardware Engineer to join TSG team. This role is in Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID/REMOTE (2-3 days in office required). The candidate must reside within a commutable distance to this work location, as we are unable to accommodate 100% virtual work arrangements.

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Compute Hardware Engineer to join TSG team. This role is in Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID/REMOTE (2-3 days in office required). In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Defining standards and providing solution for on-prem deployments of Server Hardware
- Certifications of Sever Hardware as per firm wide standards to improve Operations Stability, resilience, and performance.
- Identify and assessing risk related to Server infrastructure and providing mitigations plan.
- Planning and implementation by collaborating with other groups in the organization and vendors.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred8-10 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Experience in support and maintenance of server and storage infrastructure.
- Experience in virtualization technology, building physical and virtual servers.
- Experience on large scale server management tools and OS provisioning.
- Familiar with SDLC processes, Agile and Scrum
