$36.16 - $46.16
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Candidate will work alongside the System Architecture modeling team to explore AI/ML-related techniques and behaviors to support system-level modeling and simulation, which may include:
- Automatic data extraction from device specifications for model configuration
- Simulation parameter sweeping and performance optimization
- Developing AI/ML workloads for simulation stimulus
Candidate requirements:
- Experience or coursework in AI/ML
- Proficiency with C++ programming, including STL
- Proficiency in a scripting language, such as Python
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Must be self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Preferred Skills/Knowledge:
- SystemC experience
- Computer memory systems, particularly DRAM memory operations
- Exposure to GPUs and other co-processors typically found in multi-processor systems
- Currently pursuing a PhD in a computer architecture related program with an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
- Must be continuing education in Fall of 2025
