Job Details

6+ years Order to Cash with Revenue Recognition experience, within a professional services/SaaS organization; ideally, at least 4 years in delivering revenue solutions
Experience in working with least one of the revenue recognition products; Zuora Revenue, Oracle Revenue Management, NetSuite ARM
Excellent knowledge of ASC 605,606 US GAAP and IFRS15
Must have knowledge in integration and data flows between CRM, Order Management, Billing and Revenue systems
Experience with customer-facing solution delivery and/or business consulting experience
Demonstrated abilities to lead business discussions with customers and architect solutions and the best practices to implement it
Experience in requirements gathering, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, and implementation
Experience in SQL, data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces and reports,
Must be a strong team player with excellent communication skills at the business and technical level, able to collaborate with cross functional teams
Experience managing tasks on multiple projects simultaneously
Able to travel to customer locations as needed
BS/MS degree in Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities
The Solution Architect will work at the enterprise level to assist in delivering revenue solutions, who will need to closely work with revenue accounting team, IT, Solution Delivery Manager and Technical Consultants and is responsible for managing the end-to-end solution design and delivery

Will be responsible for the following job duties:

o Conduct requirements gathering and design workshop to analyze the requirements

o Perform FIT/GAP analysis on Business requirements and then document gathered requirements/user stories.

o Design and document functional and technical solutions, including process flows, technical customizations and integrations, based on customer requirements

o Work with the customer to get sign-off on requirements, design, production roll-out

o Configure and test Zuora, Revenue and Add-On products to meet the approved designs

o Work with technical consultants to explain the requirements to build any custom solutions/integrations

o Perform testing of end-to-end solutions in conjunction with the development team and customer

o Perform customer demos throughout the project lifecycle

o Create and develop training materials and conduct/deliver end-user training to customers

o Support the customer with regular calls to answer functional and technical questions

o Assist in period close reconciliations, reporting and recommend best practices
