Job Description:
Provide desktop and laptop support, including PC migrations and peripheral device setups.
Reimage devices, reinstall or configure applications, and troubleshoot Windows OS and hardware issues.
Perform core infrastructure tasks related to End User Computing support.
Coordinate with third-party vendors for escalations and hardware installations.
Experience with ServiceNow Remedy is required.
