Job Description:

  • Provide desktop and laptop support, including PC migrations and peripheral device setups.

  • Reimage devices, reinstall or configure applications, and troubleshoot Windows OS and hardware issues.

  • Perform core infrastructure tasks related to End User Computing support.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for escalations and hardware installations.

  • Experience with ServiceNow Remedy is required.
