Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Analyst in Houston, Texas. The individual will be involved in a range of tasks within the tech industry, including Android Development, Atlassian Jira, Bug Tracking, Integration Testing, Jenkins, and AB Testing. As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be integral to our team's success, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Responsibilities:

Conducting quality assurance audits and implementing corrective actions
Utilizing Atlassian Jira for project management and bug tracking
Conducting Integration Testing to ensure seamless performance across platforms
Working with Android Development to improve product quality and user experience
Using Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous delivery of projects
Implementing AB Testing to compare versions of our product and improve performance
Operating within an Agile Scrum environment to deliver projects on schedule
Providing exceptional customer service in a call center setting
Assisting with Point of Sale (POS) related queries and issues.

Requirements

Proficiency in Android Development is crucial for the role

Prior experience with Atlassian Jira is highly desirable

Proven skills in Bug Tracking are required

Familiarity with Integration Testing is necessary

Experience with Jenkins is a significant advantage

Knowledge of AB Testing is essential

Ability to work in Agile Scrum environments is required

Experience in Auditing is a plus

Prior work in Call Center Customer Service is beneficial

Excellent Customer Service skills are a must

Familiarity with POS - Point of Sale systems is advantageous
