Essential Duties

1. Performs complex data/information gathering techniques; evaluates the quality of the information by considering the source, relevancies, and timeliness. 2. Collaborates with team members and clients to drive development of project deliverables and strategies. 3. Researches, aggregates, and analyzes a variety of data/information; synthesizes large and complex quantities information; extracts meaningful insights and makes recommendations. 4. Develops and presents comprehensive and complex reports, recommendations, trainings, and presentations to a variety of audiences.

Position Focus:

Lead the design, implementation, and support of digital workplace applications to foster a digital-first culture, enhancing connectivity, engagement, and business capabilities for Yale Library employees. Champion the adoption of Yale Library endorsed digital workplace tools and best practices, optimizing the use of supported applications and processes to enhance productivity and collaboration for diverse stakeholders. Oversee, monitor, and administer digital workplace tools including productivity and collaboration (Microsoft 365), document management (Hyland OnBase), documentation (Confluence), and low-code platforms (PowerApps). Oversee and promote the use of standard analytics tools, including Microsoft Power BI. Cultivate outstanding relationships with user communities, provide expert consultation and training on digital workplace tools and other business systems. Demonstrate technical expertise and leadership in digital workplace tools and internal operations to drive successful project outcomes aligned with Yale Library's vision for a modern workplace.
