Responsibilities of a Forecasting and Performance Analyst :
- Manage and sustain models for forecasting, capacity planning, and budgeting
- Build and sustain exceptional relationships with stakeholders to ensure success and meet customer needs
- Ability to build presentations and plan meetings
- Support the forecasting and planning specialist in generating insights and identifying opportunities for performance improvement.
Qualifications of a Forecasting and Performance Analyst :
- 2+ years of experience in operational roles
- Has strong analytical and critical thinking skills to be able to identify where improvements can be made
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and collaborate effectively with other members on the team
- Able to work efficiently and successfully in a fast-paced environment
- BS/BA Degree in Business or IT preferred
Compensation of a Forecasting and Performance Analyst :
- Salary Range: $76,600 - $105,325
- Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
