Your role in our mission

  • Lead component design for the Essette web application as well as greenfield application and service design for the broader Essette capability suite
  • Conduct exploratory development; design and build prototypes and POCs to be handed off to the Essette application development teams
  • Work directly with application development team leads and developers to ensure development choices are made in alignment with architectural vision
  • Help train and assist development teams with chosen technologies and best practices
  • Evaluate new software practices, technologies, tools and libraries to determine how they may be used to improve future development


What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, including 4+ years in architecture and 3+ years with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React).
  • Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, UX design, C#/.NET, REST API design, and greenfield application development.
  • Experience promoting software engineering best practices (code standards, reviews, testing, Agile).
  • Knowledge of software development trends, including languages, architectures, security, and infrastructure.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into development specs, and effectively collaborate in a team.

Ideal Candidate: Experience with a modern JavaScript framework, such as Angular or React, with a focus on building new applications from the ground up using one of these frameworks.

The pay range for this position is $118,800.00 - $169,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
