Description
We are offering an IT Coordinator role that serves as the cornerstone of our technological infrastructure in Clayton, Missouri. The selected candidate will be the backbone of our IT operations, ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally, maintaining network connectivity, and providing solutions to minor technical problems. This role is a contract to permanent employment opportunity where the IT Coordinator will be a part of a dynamic team, working collaboratively and independently to keep our systems running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Managing the setup and configuration of new IT equipment, such as monitors, printers, and other peripherals.
Guaranteeing all devices are appropriately connected to the network and operating as planned.
Resolving common technical issues through minor troubleshooting and escalating complex problems when necessary.
Keeping precise records of IT assets and configurations.
Providing basic technical support to colleagues and addressing general IT-related inquiries.
Ensuring seamless operation of Android, Microsoft, and Apple devices.
Applying knowledge of Cisco and Citrix technologies to maintain and improve network connectivity.
Utilizing skills in configuration management and deployments to maintain and upgrade computer hardware.
Assisting in the setup and maintenance of printers.
Applying a basic understanding of network configurations and troubleshooting for smooth system operations.
Requirements
Proficiency in Android Development is essential.
Must have a thorough understanding of Cisco Technologies.
Comfortable working with Mac Computers.
Expertise in Microsoft software and tools.
Knowledge of Active Directory is necessary.
Experience with Apple Devices is desirable.
Should possess a solid understanding of Computer Hardware.
Proficiency in Configuration Management is expected.
Experience in managing Deployments is a must.
