JOB PROFILE:
The IT Integration Lead undertakes the role of spearheading the unification efforts of IT systems and processes within newly acquired entities, ensuring both regulatory compliance and business alignment with standards set by the company regarding FDA, GxP, and GDPR. The incumbent takes charge of devising integration project plans, distributing tasks among the integration team, supervising project progress, maintaining budget discipline, and expediting the mitigation of integration costs. Their expertise is instrumental in preserving the organization's IT ecosystem's stability and efficacy during transitional periods. The IT Integration Lead is a pivotal figure in the Life Sciences or Manufacturing sectors, with a robust foundation in IT leadership, project coordination, and mergers and acquisition-related integrations.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

- Oversee the IT assimilation procedures during company mergers and acquisitions, upholding the enterprise's strategic objectives and reporting to senior IT leadership and the Integration Management Office.
- Develop detailed implementation strategies, ensuring resource deployment is in line with project specifications and risk is appropriately managed.
- Vigilantly monitor financial expenditure, emphasizing the prompt termination of Transaction Service Agreements.
- Facilitate synergy among diverse departments such as IT, HR, Finance, and more to harmonize cross-departmental workflow.
- Evaluate and incorporate IT frameworks, applications, and structures from the entities being acquired.
- Proactively identify and alleviate potential setbacks linked to the IT unification drive.
- Guarantee adherence to all pertinent regulatory and quality standards.
- Provide executive leadership with routine updates on the integration process and its results.
- Lead and nurture a cohort of IT experts, cultivating an ethos of teamwork and progressive refinement.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Holders of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or alike, with a preference for those with a Master s degree.
- At least a decade's worth of expertise in IT governance, particularly emphasizing integration in acquisitions and mergers, with a preferable background in either Life Sciences or Manufacturing.
- Acumen in several IT disciplines such as application and system implementation (ERP, MES, QMS included), management of IT infrastructure and architectural design, data analysis, data transformation, and software engineering.
- Previous roles should include a successful track record of steering at least three major IT integration endeavors across different regions and time zones.
- Proficiency in handling Office 365 Licensing, Tenant transitions, Azure Active Directory, Cisco Data Center Nexus Series, Dynamic Routing Protocols, Fortinet's advanced firewalls and WAPs, NetSuite, Parity Factory, Soft Expert is highly favorable.
- Exceptional project oversight capacities, with PMP or analogous qualifications being an added bonus.
- Highly effective communication skills required for translating technical details to a broad audience, encompassing technical and non-tech savvy stakeholders.
- Aptitude for thriving in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work atmosphere.
- Strong analytical thought process and commendable problem-solving expertise.
- Solid background in IT regulatory compliance and standards, including FDA, GxP, CFR part 11, GDPR regulations.
