Functional role: ServiceNow Developer
Overview of project/skills required:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with Financial Services industry experience and a CIS - Customer Service Management (CSM) certification. The ideal candidate will also have achieved their Financial Service Operations (FSO) Banking and Wealth Management certification and/or have experience implementing FSO. This role will involve configuring and customizing the ServiceNow platform to support implementation of ServiceNow s FSO solution for Dispute Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications with a focus on CSM FSO Dispute Management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Customize FSO-specific modules, workflows, UI policies, and business rules.
Support integration with external systems and data sources.
Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities.
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
CIS CSM certification including experience implementing CSM.
Financial Service Operations (FSO) Banking and Wealth Management certification is a plus
Demonstrated experience in implementing complex integrations.
