EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
MUST have Associate Degree or higher level degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree. If no degree, must have 2 years of job related work experience.
Seeking candidates with at least 1 year of technical call center experience.
This position is onsite in Columbia, SC Monday - Friday. Normal daytime hours. No remote work.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Receive, monitor, and manage all high severity incidents, escalations and requests for the entire company.
Create and facilitate bridgelines, page outages, and maintain ticketing updates.
Ensure outages and escalations are receiving the correct level of support
Must have experience with computer systems and applications such as Outlook, MS Word, Excel and ticketing systems.
