EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

MUST have Associate Degree or higher level degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree. If no degree, must have 2 years of job related work experience.

Seeking candidates with at least 1 year of technical call center experience.

This position is onsite in Columbia, SC Monday - Friday. Normal daytime hours. No remote work.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Receive, monitor, and manage all high severity incidents, escalations and requests for the entire company.

  • Create and facilitate bridgelines, page outages, and maintain ticketing updates.

  • Ensure outages and escalations are receiving the correct level of support

  • Must have experience with computer systems and applications such as Outlook, MS Word, Excel and ticketing systems.
