Position: SAP RAR Specialist
Experience: 8+ years
Location: Austin, TX / Sunnyvale, CA
Industry: High Tech / Software
Key Responsibilities and Skills Required:
- 8+ years of SAP RAR experience, specializing in design, configuration, and integration with FI, SD, and/or BRIM modules.
- Experience with two full life cycle implementations of SAP RAR, including RAR migration.
- Strong understanding of the order-to-cash (O2C) process, with detailed integration experience between SD/FICO modules, BRIM processes, IFRS 16, COPA, and Revenue Recognition processes.
- Integration experience with other modules, including SD-RAR, BRIM/FICA-RAR, CO-RAR, CRM-RAR.
- Experience in managing COPA data flow from SD --> RAR --> FICO.
- Working knowledge of standard function modules for transactional processing and master data maintenance.
- Experience in mapping business processes into RAR with respect to Sales & Distribution, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and BRIM.
- Expertise in identifying Performance Obligation (POB) and configuring BRF+.
- Legacy data migration and reconciliation of operational data from Sales & Distribution, BRIM, CRM, and third-party systems with RAR.
- Prior experience in high-tech or software industries with a strong understanding of accounting concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle business and functional requirements, management-level presentations, and proposals.
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor s in Finance, CPA, or CPA equivalent preferred.
