Job Title: Entry-Level Cable Technician / Low Voltage Technician

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Cable Technician / Low Voltage Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of low-voltage cabling systems, including Cat5, Cat6, fiber optic, and coaxial cables.
Support the setup of audio, video, and data equipment for commercial and residential clients.
Follow safety protocols to ensure all installations meet regulatory standards and company guidelines.
Collaborate with senior technicians to understand project requirements and work in compliance with project blueprints and client specifications.
Test and troubleshoot installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working condition.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Interest in or basic knowledge of electronics, wiring, and low-voltage systems.
Ability to work in diverse environments (construction sites, commercial buildings, etc.).
Willingness to learn, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
Ability to lift and carry equipment and work on ladders as required.

Additional Training:
On-the-job training will be provided for cable installation techniques, safety practices, and tools/equipment handling.
