We are currently looking for a Manager of Application Support to join our team!


Responsibilities

  • Mentor junior IT and Application Support Specialists on infrastructure, software, security, and support best practices.
  • Support and troubleshoot customer issues both hardware and software related as well as address escalations as necessary.
  • Maintenance and support of basic infrastructure and proprietary applications.
  • Empathize with, build trust, and collaborate across the organization (Support, Product, Development, DevOps, Executives, etc.)
  • Clear impediments for the support team and participate in building a hands-on, collaborative, self-starter culture.
  • Provided success metrics and reporting as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years leading and mentoring an application support team.
  • 2+ Years experience with the following technical tools/platforms:
    • Atlassian products such as Service Desk, Jira, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc.
    • Azure (Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
    • Windows and MacOS installation and troubleshooting
    • Basic computer hardware and networking configuration and installation
  • Meticulous with strong mentorship, customer service, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to lift fifty pounds.
  • Fearless, innovative self-starter that will get their hands dirty.
  • Ability to commit to a full-time in-office work schedule.

Nice To Have

  • Bachelor of Science and/or technical certifications
  • Experience with:
    • Sophos UTM & Barracuda Email Protection
    • Automation: PowerShell, Bash
    • SQL, C#, and Java

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annually

Open to candidates within the state of Utah and within commuting distance to Murray, UT.

The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range and is determined by several factors that may include but are not limited to interdepartmental equity, candidate experience, skills, education and training, location, licenses, and certifications or needs of the organization. Full time roles will also qualify for our total benefits package offered by Christopherson Business Travel.
