About the Role
We are looking for a Mobile Tech Lead with deep expertise in native iOS and Android development. As the technical leader of our mobile team, you will design and implement scalable, high-performance mobile applications using Swift for iOS and Kotlin/Java for Android. This is a hands-on role where you will both lead the team and actively contribute to the codebase, ensuring the delivery of robust and user-centric mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and technical strategy for our native iOS and native Android
• Actively participate in hands-on coding using Swift for iOS and Kotlin/Java for Android.
• Design, implement, and maintain mobile architectures that are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend engineers, to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.
• Perform in-depth code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, performance optimization, and maintainable code.
• Provide mentorship to the mobile development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to native mobile
• Oversee the full mobile development lifecycle, from design to deployment, ensuring high performance and smooth user experiences.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and technologies, and drive their adoption where relevant.
• Lead initiatives to improve app performance, reduce memory usage, and optimize battery efficiency.
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in native iOS development using Swift and Objective-C.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in native Android development using Kotlin and
• Extensive experience with native mobile app architecture and design patterns (e.g.,
  MVC, MVVM, VIPER).
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and guidelines for both iOS and
• Experience integrating mobile applications with RESTful APIs and cloud services.
• Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization of native mobile applications.
• Familiarity with iOS and Android development tools, such as Xcode, Android Studio,
  and Gradle.
• Solid experience with version control systems, especially Git.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD for mobile applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges independently.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to lead and mentor development teams.
