Role: Optimizely Architect
Exp: 12+ Yrs
Location: Remote
Note: Occasional Travel Required PST - Travel costs will be expensed
Your Impact:
The ideal candidate will be the subject matter expert to the client and providing hands-on leadership in development efforts. The candidate should have deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive the success of the initiative.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert on Optimizely CMS and Web Experimentation capabilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the public platform using Optimizely
- Provide detailed, hands-on development work alongside managing a team of developers
- Collaborate closely with the client, translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure best practices in Optimizely implementation, including performance optimization, security, and scalability
- Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Stay current with Optimizely updates and industry trends, applying new features and best practices to ongoing projects
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Optimizely CMS and Web Experimentation, including in-depth knowledge of their capabilities and limitations
- Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale Optimizely-based solutions
- Strong hands-on development skills, particularly in .NET and front-end technologies
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
