Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Consultant/ Solution Architect to join our team

onsite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for stabilizing the application, implementing

best practices, identifying process improvements, and managing new integrations and

interfaces. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of NetSuite ERP

and its ecosystem, capable of enhancing system performance and ensuring business

continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyse and evaluate existing NetSuite configurations, workflows, and processes to

identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Stabilize and enhance the current NetSuite system by addressing performance

issues, resolving bugs, and ensuring seamless system operations.

Collaborate with Finance teams to gather requirements and implement scalable

NetSuite solutions.

Lead the design and integration of new interfaces between NetSuite and third-party

applications (CRM, Procurement, BI tools, etc.).

Work closely with stakeholders to define automation opportunities, reduce manual

processes, and improve operational efficiency.

CO-ordinate NetSuite training to internal users, ensuring best practices and

adherence to policies.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and industry

standards.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of NetSuite experience as an administrator or consultant role.

Strong knowledge of NetSuite architecture, SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0), SuiteFlow, and

SuiteTalk (REST/SOAP APIs).

Experience with NetSuite integrations using middleware tools (Boomi, Celigo,

MuleSoft, etc.) is a plus.

Ability to troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform

stability.

Strong understanding of ERP processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Financials,

etc.).

Experience working with third-party applications and APIs to enhance NetSuite

functionality.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to

identifying and resolving issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

NetSuite certification is highly desirable.

Hands-on experience with SuiteCommerce, WMS, or Advanced Revenue

Management is a plus.

Prior experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment supporting NetSuite

optimizations and integrations.
