Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Needs to work both as an Individual Contributor (IC) and Team Management. 50% technical leadership and 50% team management.
Must provide guidance to the team members as Senior Consultant / Technical Lead.
Must share the team s workload by enrolling applications/components into IAM governance and identity management systems, ensuring
enforcement of all IAM controls.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers and analysts, overseeing both technical execution and operational efficiency.
Lead IAM initiatives as a Technical Lead Consultant, providing expertise in application authentication and authorization models.
Identify the areas of automation (manual control validations, reporting requirements etc) and assist the team members with the coding logic to
achieve the same, to reduce manual efforts and enhance compliance.
Act as IAM Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with development, QA, and business stakeholders. Provide regular status updates and
performance metrics.
Validate and maintain scripts for automation, process improvement, and IAM control enforcement.
Understand and respond to audit requests, ensuring compliance and timely resolution of IAM-related audit findings.
Conduct annual inspection and validation of applications for IAM controls, including self-attestation validation.
Recommend improvements in IAM operations, minimizing disruptions for application teams while ensuring smooth adoption of security measures.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in IAM governance, IAM Dev or operations.
Bachelor s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Good development/coding skills.
Skill to leverage GenAI effectively to supplement coding productivity.
Experience in leading and supporting IAM projects and initiatives
Knowledge of application architecture, authentication, and authorization models.
Proficiency in data analysis using Excel and coding automation (Python, PowerShell, C).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
Understanding on principles of Zero Trust. Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM) are advantageous.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations such as GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, etc.
Experience with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Password Safe, Microsoft Azure AD).
Knowledge of data mining and statistical modelling techniques, including predictive modelling, classification techniques, and decision tree
techniques.
Proficiency in project management methodologies.
